Caged In Paradiso (1990)

Paradiso is a patch of land in a shark infested sea, a high tech prison whose only walls are a laser-armed satellite, and a hell-hole where criminal is king and the only law is survival. Irene Cara plays Eva, a woman whose love for her husband Eric leads her to follow him when he is sentenced to this modern Devil's Island.

Once there and separated from him, she faces the unimaginable horror of isolation on an island populated by men who have become beasts. After joining a tribe of women who have banded together for self-protection, she discovers the strength of her own resources. Her reunion with Eric unexpectedly complicates her new life and leads to a startling climax as open warfare engulfs this hell-on-earth.
